Dear Kohls Clothing Store (expect great things)

On a recent trip to your store, I was very disturbed to discover that the temperature dropped significantly when I passed through the Juniors section.  (please see picture below)  Even though the rest of the store seemed to be of a moderate temperature, this disturbing discovery left me wanting to cut my shopping trip short...

I mean, seriously, why are mannequins even made with such detail..?  Not even necessary!
